    MAYLINE VALORE CHAIR WARRANTY

    Mayline® promises to repair or replace any Mayline brand product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it. This is the sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty is subject to limitations, exclusions, and other provisions as detailed below.

    Limitations involving materials and components:
    The materials and components listed below are covered according to the following schedule from the date of sale:
  • Ten Years: Seating controls, cylinders, and wood seating components.
  • Five Years: All e5 product line, all fabric and leather seating upholstery, seating foam, seating armrests, chrome seating components, veneer finishes, and any shelving, cabinets, or mobile systems and components that are either moving parts or controls and guides that are in contact with moving parts.
  • Three Years: Casters.

    Exclusions:
    This warranty does not apply to the following:
  • Normal wear and tear from standard use over the course of ownership.
  • Damage caused by the carrier in transit will be handled under Mayline’s Freight Damage policy.
  • Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by Mayline.
  • Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
  • Products used for rental purposes.
  • COM fabric is not covered under this warranty.
  • Abuse, misuse of product, or accidents.

    Seating Usage:
    Normal commercial usage for seating is to be defined as the equivalent of a single shift within a 40-hour workweek. To the extent that a seating product is used in a manner exceeding this, the applicable warranty period will be reduced in a pro-rata manner (excluding model 2424AG, which is warranted for multiple shifts).

    Note: Some natural variations occurring in wood or leather materials are inherent in their character and cannot be avoided. Mayline does not warrant the color-fastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of such materials.


    TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MAYLINE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. MAYLINE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

    We have the very best return policy versus our competitors!

    If you wish to return an item, and it is a returnable item (products noted as Special Order/Custom Order cannot be returned), contact us for an RMA within 30 days (14 days for the ERA brand).

    Ship it back for a full refund. We will not deduct any original shipping charges or restocking fees from your refund. You simply pay the return shipping. Items must be returned within 30 days, and in the condition and cartons in which they were sent, so save the boxes!

    In the event your item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will promptly ship replacement parts. If you would rather return the item, our standard return policy applies.

    We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments that are not damaged, or shipments returned due to incorrect addresses.


    Shipping Policy

    Our free shipping is available to your door or dock on all items shipped by UPS or FedEx within the 48 contiguous states. Please note that we reserve the right to bill you for any address corrections or address changes once an order ships. All items are shipped unassembled or partially assembled unless otherwise noted.

    Heavy Freight Deliveries

    Quantity orders (typically 6+ items) and all large/heavy items will require a heavy freight carrier and may require additional travel time. All heavy freight shipments are dock to dock ("tailgate") deliveries. This means that you must be available to unload the item(s) from the tailgate of the truck. If you are not available at the time of delivery and the carrier has to reschedule/redeliver your order, you may be subject to redelivery charges.

    Additional Delivery Fees

    Heavy Freight Carrier Inside Delivery - $185 if requested at time of order (price includes a lift gate service). You may incur a higher cost if requested at time of delivery.

    Heavy Freight Carrier Liftgate Service - $130 if requested at time of order (our free freight is for dock to dock deliveries only). You may incur a higher cost if requested at time of delivery.

    Heavy Freight Re-Delivery or Pick up Reschedule - $60-$120 per failed attempt
